I'm in the market for a classical sounding soprano mouthpiece. What do you use? I have been looking at the Selmer S 80 and 90 (not sure what the difference is) and they seem good. Any other recommendations?

I'd add in Vandorens - I've successfully used the S15 and S25.

Also, if you can find a Bilger Gold, they're a great soprano piece. A bit more like an old Selmer Soloist than the larger chambered Bilger pieces.

Old Riffault blank soprano pieces are great. I've found them under various stenciled names including Vito!

Rascher pieces are interesting - much more open tips on some of them than I expected. More open than the Caravans I have.

older SELMER Metal D has been my only choice for the last 10 years (Rovner Mk III ligature with VANDOREN #3 reeds)

bkobog, can you compare your Metal D to an S80? And do you use it mainly for classical or everything? (The classic S80 C* has great intonation on my old Vi, but I find it a little too bright. I recently purchased a Sax Planet piece that's got great intonation and tone, so I'm just being piggish here, but I've always been curious about the Selmer metal.)
