does anyone have a transcription of this song? possible backing trax? chord sheet?

i was asked to play this in church... but never even heard of this song! i believe nat king cole sang it...?

if you're talking 'the very thought of you makes my heart sing, like an april breeze.....something....spring' It's actually 'My One and Only Love'. It's in the Real Book 5th edition ( the crooked one). It's probably around in other books too. Pretty popular. Look for the Johnny Hart / John Coltrane version on the net. I know it's on the "Coltrane for Lovers" cd.

I've recorded it on a keyboard and then onto a "floppy" It's one of a couple of hundred standards I can play along to on my tenor or alto, beats playing scales etc., 'cos you can modulate the key and tempo on playback. Can recommend this as you only need play the keyboard "left hand" if you want to.
