I bought an Emeo a couple of moths ago too and I’m pleased like you with not bothering my neighbors with my long hours of practice.
I think they didn’t make a sound on Respiro to emulate saxophone sounds, I guess that it’s difficult to replicate and they preferred not to copy it and end up disappointing saxophonists who are familiar with the real acoustic sound.

 

Question aside, Has one of you ever tried a best brass e-sax mute ? This thing is quite efficient, I use it daily..

 

I have one of those too but find it hard to sound all the notes properly . It's also still too noisy
to play late night / early morning

 

I guess something isn’t working fine though, I play it while my wife watches tv and she doesn’t hear a sound.

It sounds enough like a saxophone that I find it comfortable to practice with. If I listen to their plugins I think the flutes and trumpets sound better than the sax, but maybe that's just because I'm most familiar with the sound of the sax.

Hi lads, does anyone know how to deactivate - in SWAM, -the annoying piano sound sometimes you get when playing the higher or lower EMEO’’s range? Got the EMEO, requested by wife, and use most of the time the alto flute SWAM app but AFTER I open ForScore), a piano sounds are played along with the same note from the EMEO. This also occurs with other SWAM apps (sax alto, clarinet, etc) and the only solution i found is to not open ForScore (and use hard copy of my scores). I could not find anything in the AudioModeling website. thanks a lot in advance folks.

 

I don’t use forScore but I think you answer your own question, if you look in their documentation it has a midi piano sound.

You’ll need to see if you can disable that or at least change the midi channel.
