I have an Emeo e sax and like it a lot. I live in an apartment and can play 24h which I can't do with a normal sax. Does anybody know which sound option with the Respiro software best emulates a conventional alto sax ? Answers much appreciated.

I bought SWAM Saxophones by Audio Modelling:

It sounds enough like a saxophone that I find it comfortable to practice with. If I listen to their plugins I think the flutes and trumpets sound better than the sax, but maybe that's just because I'm most familiar with the sound of the sax.

I don't mean the Akai, I mean the Trumpet / Sax plugins but mostly the performance.I had one of this, years ago. It's fun, connected to a MIDI expander, it can bring a lot of good things, but the lack of sensitive feedbacks (buttons work by contact, not pressing) makes me wonder whether it is an actual solution for muscle memory improvement. But it's fun for sure

I don’t use forScore but I think you answer your own question, if you look in their documentation it has a midi piano sound.
