Is Your Face Changing?

I know age changes our faces (& mine certainly needs some!) but after adding a clarinet, with the tighter embouchure, to my sax playing I`m sure after 18 months of regular daily playing that some changes have occurred.
The muscles from the top cheeks down to the jaw mandable are fatter and are particularly noticeable when I smile.
I`ve got a fairly thin face so these changes are welcome.
Am I unique here or has anyone else noticed any changes after all this face muscle tensing and flexing?

I have the Chet Baker Jazz icon DVD and it shows him over a period of, I think, 15 years, but it's interesting to note his front teeth (tooth?) was gone at an early age... I'm not so sure the drugs got it as opposed to a right cross.... which also could have been drug related, I guess. How old do you think he was in the second photo?
