Please I need information on this flute gustav reinhardt uebel erlbach 2478 I found it at my dad's and it's old and I didn't find it like it on google I hope to provide me with some information about it and how much it costs, thank you

This ist a piccolo flute, wooden body, metal (nickel?) headjoints with a plastic/ebonite/hard rubber? lipplate. Sounds an octave higher than a normal flute.
I don't think it's worth much, unfortunately.....
What ist hanging from the mechanics, an old Pad? Do the pads, that seal the toneholes, are all there and look OK?

Yes, the open G# seriously limits its usefulness to many players. Open G# is still played in some parts of Europe, but closed G# is much more common. If you sell it, you must specify that it is "open G#". Uebel flutes are German and not much known or used in the US. I'm wondering what is tied to the very top post.
