Curious what you guys use and even moreso which ones have helped with any neck pain you've had?

We haven't heard from the Neotech guy in some time. He is, or was, a member:

I have one of their harnesses for Bari that I like. Not sure if that counts, as it is a harness, not a strap.

Are we talking about any specific horn? For 'nino and soprano the BSS size small is great. For alto, tenor, and bari I've been happy with the Jazzlab Saxholder, but for bari I also like the Nobcor Gemini Ultimate harness, and I just picked up a Zappatini sax harness that has quickly become my favorite for bari, though I will say, the support rod seems maybe a little flimsy. That said, it's still the most comfortable and adjustable option I've found for bari.

Wiseman.

My favorite strap by far! Just a good, full leather, traditional strap with a buckle. And about half the price of most modern, fancy straps. I use it on everything from alto to baritone and find it super comfortable, of course I've never really had neck problems....

I like the saxholder for the big horns like Bari, bassoon, bassclarinet etc.
And the moloko straps (handmade from leather in germany) are supetcute and very comfortable. I have two of each.

I went with the Adorenece and highly recommend it.
Very tough to beat for the price, well made of real leather, longer straps then the competition so very secure on ones back, comfortable and you can attach suspenders to the back if wanted for using a Bari or just more stability. I use it for alt, tenor and baritone sax.
I have bought the four different colours, for different types of venues.
Easy to buy on Amazon, free shipping and return if you don't like it

This is kinda funny, but I just got a simple Yamaha neckstrap that works just fine.

Did anyone say “Just Joe’s Gel Strap” yet? ;)

I used to have one in the case of each horn that I as using. Now that I’ve sold my excess horns, I have more Just Joe’s straps than saxophones.

I have a sling that goes over my left shoulder and around the back, like a guitar strap. I've had it for years and don't have a clue who makes it or where I got it but I'd sure like to get another as backup since this one is getting pretty old. Neotech makes a similar sling but it's a lot skinnier and doesn't feel nearly as comfortable or secure.
