I agree. When I zoom in I can see lines that look like the edges of the polygons.

 

If they’re CNC machined, I’m curious (fake or no)

Chinese "space aluminum"... (tracked down by Google Lens).

 

On the red mouthpiece, you'll note that both the logotype & designation of origin display alphanumeric garblement typical of sloppy AI graphics. I don't think these mouthpieces are made of anything as tangible as plastic or aluminum. I think they're made of the miracle substance A.I.r.
