Differences between YAS-480 and YAS-62

Open question: What are the differences between these two models, the Yamaha YAS-480 and the YAS-62 (04)?

I see the logo is different on the octave key, the neck screw is broader on the 62 and the neck has an additional piece of metal soldered to the front (where it says "62"), the G# has pearl inlay instead of plain metal, and of course the engraving on the bell is different. They also come in different cases.

But other than that, what are the differences accountable for the price gap of nearly 700 Euros? Are they built in different factories or even different countries? Made from different materials? Are mechanics or ergonomics "better" on the more expensive one? What makes the YAS-62 superior over the YAS-480?
The two main differences that are pretty well-publicized:
  • The 62 is built in Japan, while the 480 is made in Yamaha's factories outside Japan (Indonesia?).
  • Th 62 uses ribbed construction, while the 480 is post-to-body.

(The neck, people, the neck....cannot forget the neck).
I will leave that to someone who has both necks in hand and can compare them directly. The published specs are a little ambiguous. Yamaha itself says that the 480 neck is the "Original YAS-62 design." Does that mean the current 62 has a newer 62 neck design? Neither horn comes with one of the Custom necks, although supposedly both instruments can be upgraded along those lines if desired.
