I am reading his book currently I bought it for "junk reading " just to put me to sleep at night but it has many many great ideas. It talks about busking and how to break up your sets, sucessifully sell your merchandise, to pad the tip jar so it looks like many already gave you money. Anyway, You'll make back the 12 bucks or whatever it costs. In my opinion. K

Busking can be quite lucrative if you play to the audience. Location is probably the most important aspect, but there are other tricks. One positive is that if you play with backing tracks, you don't have to depend on other people, and you can play when and whatever you want.
