Hello, I’m looking at the tenor 901 model with serial number starting 242***. Can anyone confirm when it was made? The guy I talked to thinks it’s from the mid 80’s but according to the the s/n chart I found (ends in 235,000), Im guessing early 2000’s. Also when did they stop making the 901? Any help is appreciated, thank you.

It appears that the Yani tenor that you are looking at was made in the early 2000s. Yanagisawa stopped making the 901s when they began the new T-WO series just a few years ago.
