good morning, just tweaking my new (second hand) YBS 61 (s/n 6520) and it's playing really nicely except for the upper register G and G# which are stuffy and tend to jump out of the note (squeak!). They will sound with care but still not good tones.
Both octave pads seem to be opening and closing as they should, The A above and F below are fine.
I'd be grateful for any suggestions or comments.

thank for your reply - I found the G# pad wasn't closing totally on the spring every time so I've fixed that and it's better but still not great. As usual, perseverence also helps!
Interesting and suprising about the placement of the octave key - I'll take it to my tech when the world returns to normal.
