Made by Oscar Adler. My Adler 'Triumph' model Alto from the 1930's (which is keyed up to high G) has the same "Apogee-style" alternative fingerings that were first seen on some early Buffet (Evette & Schaeffer) Saxes advertised as far back as 1899. Others may chime in with more specific details.
