I got a few boxes of these for baritone. Really fantastic reeds!
If I had to guess, I'd say Morre (France)... because I have some of those for alto and these bear a lot of resemblance in how they look and play.
They are file cut - not neatly with a machine... and they are a fairly thin blank. The cut seems similar (proportionally) as well.

Does anybody know?

One more thing... These reeds run hard... A #2 plays more like a Rico 2 1/2 - 3... which is just like the Morre alto reeds.
