Sounds like a tenor sax to me.
Of course it could be transcribed. Or learned by ear. Whichever you're more comfortable doing.

Hi guys
newbie here, I was chilling out on our local beach bar last week (I live in southern Spain) and heard this track - blew me away, is it an alto sax ? any idea who it is ?
track is apparently called track 1 : Supermen Lovers - starlight (luca agnelli sax mix)
could it be transcribed or would you just try to do it by ear ? (I'm not that good !)
