Me neither. However, I can see it has left side bell keys so it's not one of the Beaugnier built horns (System, Model 100/120, Rationale or Semi-Rationale or whatever people call them).

pictures are not expanding but maybe , just maybe, I see some similarities ( low B and Bb guards) with Orsi, which might very well mean that Leblanc might have temporarily bought this from Orsi .

The “ La monte” , made by Orsi, looks very similar. They were stenciled for many other company and were the cheaper line made in the ’50 and ’60 when they already had a “ top” line with right bell keys.

No, it is a Orsi Milano made horn.
