Which GW Mouthpiece is this?

I received this GW 8* off my teacher at the time Ben around 3 or 4 years ago. I used it for a good while at the time not knowing what it was. Ive always wondered what model it is or what clone mouthpiece it is. Heres a few cell phone pics.
