You Tube has some Grossman. It's a fairly recent post. I suppose it's safe to assume he's still in Italy.

Hi, I met Steve a few months ago when he was here in Holland for a concert and got the chance to ask him a few questions.
He's living in Bologna, Italy and has been for a while now. He is in a rehab place now, trying to kick his habit(s).
He plays a 4**** Link (7*), modified/opened up by Phil Barone, who made a copy of the piece and that became the New York model.
