What's up with

Does any of you tech out there knows what's going on with
I ordered few tools off them through internet on 31/07, since then i've sent them 4 more emails. Guess what.. No reply what so ever. I am getting a little pissed off here, they should email even if they don't want to supply anything to me.

Do they have a new policy that they do their best not to contact customers?
Or do they have problems with their internet?

Anybody? :?

fwiw - Jeff Smith, owner of and are currently in Albuquerque, NM for the International Flute Convention Aug 9-12. You might try calling the shop and talking to Harold Phillips, if he is not in NM also. Being both orders you describe have been placed within the last week, and considering the above, yoiu might want to give them a few days to respond. But that's just my opinion.
