i have had experiences ordering from them where if something is back ordered, they just sort of drop it from the order. also it seems a lot of what is in their catalogue is not actually in stock or carried.

Does any of you tech out there knows what's going on with jlsmithco.com?
I ordered few tools off them through internet on 31/07, since then i've sent them 4 more emails. Guess what.. No reply what so ever. I am getting a little pissed off here, they should email even if they don't want to supply anything to me.
Do they have a new policy that they do their best not to contact customers?
Or do they have problems with their internet?
