What's up with jlsmithco.com

Does any of you tech out there knows what's going on with jlsmithco.com?
I ordered few tools off them through internet on 31/07, since then i've sent them 4 more emails. Guess what.. No reply what so ever. I am getting a little pissed off here, they should email even if they don't want to supply anything to me.

Do they have a new policy that they do their best not to contact customers?
Or do they have problems with their internet?

Anybody? :?

I always call my orders in, and I've never had a problem. Their website is always up again/down again/being updated/service outage whatever, so I have never even tried it. I've always used the phone to make my orders, and I've never had a problem doing it that way.

However, I've ordered from them a lot and always gotten my stuff in a pretty timely manner. I'm sure your stuff is already on the way.
