What are my choices? Good and bad of different alternatives?

Thanks, Leon

I have used clipons a lot...primarily the AT PRO35 and the K&K sax clip-on. Any mike will work with a curved soprano...for me this is the main reason I have a curved soprano...anytime I have to play soprano is a microphone situation (Cannonball Big Bell curvy).

I have stopped using clip-ons as I tend to like the extra dynamic range that I can get by playing the miking distance. I mostly use a Sennheiser MD421 dynamic these days the built-in EQ is nice...
