Saw 'Valorsax' playing one on You-Tube and I think I saw Jr. Walker playing one on 'The Late Show' many years ago - the vids are linked below. The mouthpiece looks pretty typical of the 'Berg'-type metals but I think it has a longer body with shorter shank. The feature that gets my attention is the long sloped beak with the full coverage of a black bite plate. I don't see any ligature grooves and both guys are using metal screw ligatures on them - Jr's is a 'Link'-type lig with the big bottom screw.

You have nailed it! I was thinking Lawton was the closest to it but the pictures you posted prove it.

Not even looking at the videos, Jr. Walker played on a Lawton in his later years.
