F# G# A B C# D E# F#

I can't wrap my feeble little mind around this.

Another way to look at it:

Harmonic minor = 1 2 b3 4 5 b6 7 8. (relative to the major scale in any key). So if you look at that scale in the OP you can see it's an F# major scale with the 3rd and 6th lowered a half step. This works well for me, anyway.
