I think your KING is infact a SML Marigaux and a much later than 1960 rather late 1970 because of the High F#.

It looks like a honest horn all being perhaps more expensive than usual, nothing to do with the american kings

Bruce it is not marked New King and has the King crown very similar to a cleveland but with all the bell keys on the right side, but is not a Keilwerth
