Hi All :
I am looking a good app that I can uso to transcribe into formal notation some old scores from a composer from my family.
Any suggestions ?

I use a cloud based app - www.noteflight.com - for casual note note taking.
It's nice because you can write stuff on any pc and see it on a tablet etc.
I've no idea how it works with a pen based input, which I'd guess is useful.
The free version has, as so often, limitations.

Musescore

As far as I know Musescore for iPad (and android) is only a viewer.

For editing with Musescore you would need MacOS, Windows or Linux
