You can't see his right hand, so I don't think anyone could tell you for sure what combinations he's using. Besides, fingerings are relative and differ between players. What counts most is how you blow and how you voice the notes.
I agree...I thought maybe watching his left hand could give some indications...and then someone who really knows the high altissimo could take an educated guess..

There are just too many combinations involving the right hand 1,2 and 3 mixed with the upper stack; not to mention the possible use of the right hand side keys. And as I said previously, altissimo fingerings are relative. It's not one size fits all. You can't guess what he's using with his right hand based on only seeing the top end because different players use different fingerings for different notes. Just take a look at some of the threads where folks want to know how to play an altissimo G3 and see the various fingerings offered for same. Believe it or not, the fingerings for the notes above G3 are even more varied among players.
What Grump mentioned is absolutely correct. There are too many combinations.

Of course accompanied with tuner or piano and diligently practise overtone exercises beforehand

Fingerings vary, so just look at the common fingerings and if they work for some notes then use them and try your own variations and if they work also use them and voicing is the most important thing.
I personally use a set of Alto Altissimo fingerings with the main prerequisite being that the different Altissimo fingerings are not that hard to change between because I want to play Altissimo notes as much like standard notes as possible if I want to at a certain time so I like simple Altissimo fingerings that flow into each other for technical speed and all the rest of it is voicing and some intonation compensation if needed.
