There are just too many combinations involving the right hand 1,2 and 3 mixed with the upper stack; not to mention the possible use of the right hand side keys. And as I said previously, altissimo fingerings are relative. It's not one size fits all. You can't guess what he's using with his right hand based on only seeing the top end because different players use different fingerings for different notes. Just take a look at some of the threads where folks want to know how to play an altissimo G3 and see the various fingerings offered for same. Believe it or not, the fingerings for the notes above G3 are even more varied among players.
