A Guardala handmade. It says DG AS 1927.

How much does it worth?

PMS in Hamburg is remaking them for around 400,-€. See here
PMS . I have an old handmade alto king. Never had a better mouthpiece for alto.

There have been some unfinished Guardala alto blanks and/or prototypes that recently hit the market and some folks had them finished by another mouthpiece maker as if they were real handmades. Buyer beware.

Thanks for the advice but I think this is not the situation. The seller is a friend of mine and he bought it in the year 90/91 in Barcelona (Spain). I firmly think it is a real handmade Guardala.
