What am I?

Is there such a thing as a Conn without the Mercedes-Benz key cover, an underslung low Bb key for the left pinky, a g# trill key, no micro-tuner on the neck, keyed to F, with no front F key? How about with a gold-washed bell and bare brass?

It sounds like the rare F mezzo-alto/mezzo-soprano. I could easily be wrong, but that is the only F saxophone I've heard of and is pretty rare at that too.
