I think that I recall that in someone's post that they stated that a Buescher TT straight sop is lighter than a Yana S901, but couldn't find it. Is that true? If someone with experience with both horns could respond, I'd appreciate it.
I don't have a scale that will weigh a saxophone, so I stepped on my bathroom scale while holding a straight TT, a curved Yanagisawa SC902 and a straight S992 (separately, of course, for all the sharp-shooters out there).
I weighed the same. My scale reads 1/2 pound differences. DAVE
