Re: Thread Deletion-Sterling III alto

I've put it into the administrative holding tank for now. When I get a chance, I can clean it up and re-post, but was there really anything worthwhile there? Some folks think the sterling III is worth the money, and some don't. If anybody wants it back, please let me know.

Just curious, I wrote a reply then couldn't find the selmer SS thread with the blow ups anywhere?
Happens all the time mate. The forum sometimes has an allergic reaction to Australians. ....and sometimes it's just me. :D :D :D

The forum is remarkably tolerant of "****-richardheadus", which would explain why some of us are still here after all these years.

Usually, it's just when a thread is warming up. Then BLAM!!! It disappears faster than the bloke who owes you $50

Don't despair Macdaddy, you probably did indeed make a useful post.

When a thread has to be pulled for one reason or another, unfortunately some useful posts are often casualties.

It sounds more like collateral damage than friendly fire.

Shame, I thought I may have actually posted something useful in there for people who are considering the SS horn.

Oh well.
You did. This website seems to have a troll problem lately with one particular member, and I fell for it AGAIN. I apologize for my "contributions" to the thread.

Darn, I seem to have missed this one entirely! The whole site was indeed having that problem; I was observing the pathology with some interest, just from a clinical point of view. . . .
