I have added Wardell Gray's solo on Pennies From Heaven to my website:

This is one of my favourite Wardell recordings. I've been meaning to learn it for ages. Thanks for this transcription.

You guys are welcome! Wardell is one of my favorite players. I love the way he combined a Lester Young and Charlie Parker influence into his own style.

LiAm84 -- I agree that this is one of my favorite Wardell dates. You may already know that Charles McNeal has transcribed another solo from the same date ("Donna Lee") along with several other Wardell solos. Have a look at:
