Hey i'm looking for a bass clarinet to double on in the $400-600 range. I'm thinking a student model buffet or selmer from the 60s-70s, preferably low c, and in playable condition with no repairs needed. I live in Ontario, Canada and am fine with paying for shipping as long as its not coming from too far away.
Please include pictures or video with offers.

At least here, older Buffets and Selmers to low C in good condition would sell at the very minimum, if the buyer is very lucky, for about $3,000. But $4,000+ is not uncommom (even $5,000 is posible). Low Eb for less overall. Even where prices are significantly cheaper (USA, maybe Canada too) I doubt the prices are anywhere near what you are looking for.

You may be able to find a low Eb Bundy in some school storage room that they will let go in that price range.
Just don't expect it to be playable or in good condition.
