Hi,
I just started working a little bit on the first mouvement of the villa-lobos Fantasia for soprano with my beloved yanagisawa s-800.
No big problems so far, except the Arpegios starting with high f, in which I thought for the first time that I should have a front f key on my soprano.
How did you manage this section on your mark VI/ Yanagisawa S6 - S-880 or thelike with these narrow palmkeys and no front f? In slow tempo I can fake front f with opening the palm-f, but I don't think that will work in the original tempo.
Thank you for your help!

I just used the palm keys. (I played it on a YSS-62 using the palm keys, so it was more comfortable than the horns you're mentioning.)
