The Vandoren mouthpiece hasn't got the golden ring because it's one of the first models, bought in 2001.

Very nice! Did you use the same reed on all these takes? Once again, this stresses the fact that tip opening is not the one thing that makes the sound. I don’t know how others will find this, but the Selmer sound always gives me an association with dry red wine with good tannins. The two others are more difficult to place on my wine chart.

Yes and no, each one has a reed, but it's the same : Vandoren ZZ 3.
