Hi there,
After 20 years I'm starting to play again. The only sax I have left is a soprano, but I will start with an alto,

In order to buy some good gear I need to sell the soprano. It's a Yanagisawa soprano Elimona with two necks. Based on the serial number it's probably from the early 90s. It's in good shape. No dings. A few minor scratches. I haven't touched if for 15-10 years. The pads seem to be in good shape.

What would you think the value is? Not that many twin necks Elimona from that particular timeperiod on sale what I can see.

Thank you in advance!

From either side of $2,000 to $3,500 or more, all dependent on whether you can find the right buyer as fast as you require. The high prices more likely realized by shops, low more likely in private sales. That's from a cursory glance around the web. These have a fan club and aren't super common. Might be a good candidate for putting on consignment given the condition.

Looks like an S-880 with a private sale value of $1,700 - $2,500 in good condition. I've seen some listed above $2,500 but they tend not to sell.

If you have an interest in playing soprano, then I would suggest keeping it.

I purchased the same model soprano for $2200 and it had slightly less lacquer wear than your pictures show and came with three necks. I'll have to say that I was shopping for this very model for over 6 months waiting for one in the right condition and for the right price to appear. I suspect that a selling price of $2000-$2500 would result in a pretty quick sell, but much over $3000 and I suspect you better have a sterling seller rating and offer a return policy or you may be waiting a while for a buyer.

Maybe you could trade for an alto of equivalent value. You may find someone who wants it.
I’m a fan of old Yanagisawas and I still doubt you get get more than $1500 but you could probably find a good alto In trade.

Our American members should realize that OP is in Sweden

I am sure that such a horn will command a very good price in most of Europe and even more in Sweden ( were prices are generally higher)

In any good Dutch shop this would sell for €2500, at the very least ( of course a private sale is a different thing)

All you need is a Raaf Hekkema fan and Bob's yer uncle.
