Welcome to SOTW. I don't know about "Valencia" (other than I live there, in CA). That engraving, in that style, looks like the way Conn engraved their saxophones "back in the day." The A means alto, the L means low-pitch. The 115xxxx number is the patent number, the 44xxx is the serial number. Some photos may help us further identify the instrument, but I suspect Valencia is a brand-name stenciled on your saxophone by C.G. Conn. DAVE
