All I can say is wow! I have been playing a Meyer 5 small chamber for the last 3 years on alto and it always worked, but I felt I was fighting it. I got the V16 on ebay and with my rigotti gold 2.4h reeds it is awesome

I had one on my Alto for about 4 years. very,very good mouthpiece. use only cold water and a bit of toothpaste to wash it.

so Kind of weird I cant push in as far as with other mouthpieces. near as I can tell the neck is hitting the edge of the small chamber
