A friend of mine recently queried Dominic about his claim that his horns are from France, US, China and Taiwan. He responded:

my saxes are made in Taiwan.
the saxes I sell that are made in the USA are made in Elkhart
Indiana and the brand name is Conn.

Conn-Selmer makes something in Elkhart, it is just not clear what that is from their website:

"Conn-Selmer manufactures instruments in facilities located in Elkhart, Indiana; Cleveland and Eastlake, Ohio; Monroe, North Carolina and LaGrange, Illinois. It also enjoys an extensive relationship with a variety of suppliers from around the world."

I don't think there are any US sax makers. Sure, Conn-Selmer has plants in Elkhart but for flutes, trumpets, etc.
