So far the sources say that there were 22 SEALs from Team 6, three Air Force air controllers, seven Afghan Army troops, a dog and handler, a civilian interpreter and the US Army chopper crew among those involved.
A terrible and massive single incident loss.
I don't want this to turn into a political discussion so I'm posting this and closing it. However, these brave people deserve to be mentioned for their service and sacrifice.
