Hi so I had recently recived to what looks like to me an older mouthpiece made from ebonite, my only guess it's atleast 50 years old but absolutly no markings from what I can see, has anyone else seen things like this?

Yes, hundreds and hundreds.

If it is alto you can probably have it rebuilt in a modern tip size. If its closed and tenor...well, it will likely end up like the ones in Bruce's boxes.

Play it, and if you like it, keep it.
I have two unbranded mouthpieces and I like to play one of them very much.
