Has anyone else heard this piece? It's a great quartet piece which my college quartet is practicing and will be performing. Give it a listen!

A wonderful piece of music that's well played. I haven't heard this one before but found it worth listening to it several times just now. Only problems I could hear in this performance was at 4:07 with intonation between alto and soprano not quite on, and timing at the finish.

I guess that this is not your group playing. Whoever they are they are very good. The piece doesn't seem technically that difficult, but requires good timing and tone/intonation. Best of luck with your performance.

No, it isn't my group. No idea who it is, but I agree that they are very good.

Yeah, the hardest parts are timing and intonation. It's pretty impossible to know where your entrance is based on what the other voices are playing. You MUST count your rests.

Thanks!
