Thanks everyone, for the great response to our Mouthpiece Passaround, which is starting next week!
We will be sending out more than one of our Double Ring Jazz Models, so that people don't have to wait to long to try it.

Just wanted to let everyone know who is interested in our products, that you can also try our mouthpieces through our web sight. www.CeramicMouthpieces.com

There are no restocking fees, so basicaly, you would only have to pay the return shipping if you decide not to purchase.

Listen to our mouthpiece samples

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Thanks!:)

Hey there, your site and products look great.

It's late and I'm tired, so I may be overlooking the info I want, but... can you tell me what tonal differences to expect from the Double Ring Jazz Traditional piece and the Fat Boy Traditional?

Thanks!

Hello, thanks for your question.
Both of these mouthpieces have similar internal dimension. Our definition of "Traditional" is, a vintage style mouthpiece reminicient of the early babbit design. Smooth / short roll off baffle, medium / large chamber, and undercut walls.
The thicker wall dimensions of our "Fat Boy" Traditional, give the mouthpiece a slightly darker timbre. The feel is still free blowing.
Hope that helps.

Hi Everyone,

We are starting a new promotion especially for SOTW members.

We are constantly working on ideas to make our mouthpieces as accesible to try as possible. We realize that each player has very unique needs when it comes to the personal choice of a mouthpiece.

Each of our mouthpieces is carefully play tested from Low Bb to Altissimo F with a tuner. Listen to our mouthpiece samples
Our mouthpieces are all hand finished, so each rolloff baffle is very slightly different. This slight difference in contour can make one mouthpiece preffered over another, depending on the player.

When you purchase one of our mouthpieces on trial we will send you a second mouthpiece to try at no additional fee. Just send back whichever mouthpiece you feel does not meet your specific needs. You can send both back and try 2 more, or send both back for a full refund with no restocking fee. Also, we are extending the trial period from 7 days to 14 days.

All you have to do is submit your complete contact info when purchasing.
Include: SOTW User Name
Name, Address, and your current telephone number

We are always willing to work with each player to make sure your mouthpiece needs are met.
