Hi, I've just recorded "Trisonic", my third album as a bandleader and composer.
The ensemble is me on baritone saxophone, Pietro Ciancaglini on double bass and Andrea Nunzi on drums.
They are fantastic sidemen, they have played with people of the caliber of Joe Lovano and Steve Grossman, just to name a few.
Hope you'll like this video not only because of it is my music, but also because of I made the video montage by myself.
Bye, have a good sunday!

Thanks to everybody!
Just for microphone freaks: I remember that me and the sound engineer tried 5 or 6 microphones that morning on the saxophone. I chose the electrovoice RE20 over a 3.000$ tube condenser neumann!
Does anybody of you love this microphone?
I have used the re20 in the video and a charter oak tube large diaphragm for the studio takes on the album.
Condenser mics were too sensitive for video applications.
The preamp was a Neve, can't remember the model.

Yes, my engineer prefers the RE-20 microphone as well. (For the saxophone)
