Hi, this is a live extract from my last concert at Casa del jazz. Playing my music, presenting my new album in an auditorium if front of an attentive audience has been a great emotional experience.
Pietro Ciancaglini, the bass player is a legend here in Rome, he has played with many greats, like Lee Konitz, Bob Mintzer, Joe Lovano, Dave Kikoski...
People clapped their hands on 2 and 4 on a double bass solo. This was a unique event, let me say epic!
The tune is a composition of mine "Down by the rhythmside".
