I've been using Transcribe! on my laptop but I just bought an android e-reader for reading pdf music and I also plan to use it for transcribing, but Transcribe is not available for android.

What would you recommend? I'm looking for something that you can select regions to loop, slow down, and also change the pitch. I was looking at Amazing Slow Downer but it doesn't look like it lets you change the pitch.

"The Amazing Slowdowner" Same thing basically as Transcibe! It allows you to slow any track down, change pitch, loop a part of the record. A lot of Cats I know use it for transcribing. It's available on all platforms but, you'll have to pay $12.99 I believe for it. The free version only allows 30 sec of the recording to be played. You can change pitch on the amazing Slow Downer. I work with a lot of Singers so it has come in handy many times.

I like to use Tempo SloMo

Free app. I linked it with my dropbox and I have a great library of stuff I can work with. Lets you make loops, put markers in, save files. It's cool.

In case you're not aware, you can slow down Youtube videos up to 200% without affecting the pitch via the gear icon for free. I haven't used Transcribe! since this feature was added.
But YouTube doesn't let you loop sections, put in and save markers (i.e., to mark choruses or difficult licks), etc., does it?

For me, this is one of the main advantages of software like Transcribe and The Amazing SlowDowner. I also tend not to like tools that you can only use online.

I love those features too. But Youtube gets you a long way for free. And that capability is kind of buried, so the OP may not have been aware it existed. None of those great Transcribe! and Amazing Slow Downer features work on Android at all. So the OP can either make do with Youtube or use something like Tempo SloMo to get those advanced features.
