The sellers name is Joel Peskin. He's a friend, and a great sax player. HE KNOWS TOM AND ALL THE GUYS IN THE MUSIC SCENE VERY WELL.
He's played and recorded with everyone from Zappa to the Beach Boys. (Thats him soloing on Kokomo). He plays on TV's "Dancing with the Stars", and is a very accomplished player.
He's helping Tom raise cash by selling pieces for him, as Tom is getting married soon.
Joel actually plays on a Link that he got from LOCKJAW!

The bummer with that Guardala Studio that sold, is that its a laser trimmed model with a replacement pink bite plate. So if whoever bought it didnt read the description or look at all the pics, they might be thinking they just bought a handmade for cheap money.

Anyway, the seller is a real good guy and is helping out his friend. His auctions are all legit.

That bite plate looks like the clear ones these laser trimmed model came with...just alittle...cloudy.

Yeah, Joel Peskin is a great player, great guy and great ebay seller. We know he would never kidnap Tom Scott and force him pose in pictures holding different mouthpieces to sell as his own:bluewink:.

I stand corrected. That is who I meant. I got them mixed up because Joel sent me a video with him playing with Nyle and Brecker.
