I've been playing lots of syncopated 16ths lines with various scales. But Its really hard for me keep that feel and not slide back to the beat. I am feeling a much better and deeper sense of time by doing this . I'd do a practice with Kride on it but I've been sick. K What I have noticed since I started this work is that I have an acute sense of where I start or finish lines compared to the rhythm section on solos. Its kind of cool to notice much more about what I usual space on. K
