Glad you liked it, There's a million things to do. I even have tunes of mine written on _known_changes...that I dub'd " call it and count it" songs. Stuff on Blues with rhythm bridge, Rhythm Changes, Confirmation changes and also stuff like that. If I KNOW the guys then it's easy but even then..stuff can get foggy. A glance can save a train wreck.Tim - Thanks for the great advice. I just put a bunch of those tunes in my playlist to get in my ears. I also like the point about knowing the tunes cold and having a lead sheet for the rhythm players, too. My wife is a singer and I compiled a book a few years back for when we do gigs where she sings songs on different keys. Life has been so much easier since, and I can focus on soloing, rather than helping the rhythm section out with changes or having to explain 5 mins before each tune.
Your a good example of the results too!!! Keep onGreat advice!
Thanks Tim.
Thank you....I forgot I did this video!!!! No [email protected]#!$Tim, thanks for info on the Durga. Had it about 10 days and it just gets Mo-Betta' every day. It really focused the sound of my Keilwerth.
