Just a quickie to say that this year i got to see Tim Price and he was awesome!!!!!!! A fer years ago i saw Pete Thomas and again he was great!!!!....and then last month i got to see "Selmer" at the Nice jazz festival and he too blew me away!!!!!! Thanx guys for sharing with us and for being one of us!!

ps- If your near LA- look for SAM PHIPPS. Great player and beyond category as a improvisor- HUGE TENOR SOUND. And if your near NyC LOOK FOR jULIAN pRESSLY- SIDE C...one of the best in the biz. He plays with Odean Popes Sax Band ; the CD is out as we speak.

Also- if your in London...look for my friend Tony Coe & tell I said HI.

I bet hearing Pete Thomas was a real treat- very cool !!

I can only echo Tim's thanks. Without people like you we wouldn't be able to do what we do. i'm sorry i haven't updated my gigs on my site or on my myspace . I'll be doing it tomorrow. which gig did you see ? The Solomon Burke one or my quartet? Thanx again. Si.
